Help! I work in a high-traffic, small independent retail store with a serious shoplifting problem. It seems like everytime I walk through the aisles, I'm finding empty boxes and other signs of theft. How is this going on right under our noses?

Like many busy retail stores, it seems the shoplifters continue to steal because no one is stopping them. Word may be out that your business is an easy target.
