We plan by keeping sufficient staffing, all task should be done before peak hours and during peak hours just do the selling part... if the sell-through is fast, then deploy two staff just for doing refilling... be vigilant always on shoplifters, like fitting room, blind spots and POS area... display maximum stocks on the shelves, as every customers can't be served so make sure your best selling lines are duel displayed.
