Definition: An advertising term used by newspapers referring to an advertisement that may be placed anywhere within the paper.
Also Known As: Full Run or ROP
Examples: Our retail display ad contract gave us run of paper, so our advertisement may appear in any location within the newspaper, except in the classified section.
