Parts of a Business Plan

Two goals for our business this year is to add one new channel of distribution and three new product lines. We’re finding that as our business grows and changes, so is our business plan.

Retailers should regularly update their plans, but the New Year is a great time to review and revise existing business plans. The focal point of your business plan may change over time, depending on the plan’s purpose. But whether your business plan is for starting a company, seeking funding or maintaining an existing retail business, it should at least have the essential business plan parts.
