What Do You Sell?

Our customer base is predominately male and as a female, I have to spend extra time getting to know and understand the products we sell. These aren't items I would normally be familiar with and in order to gain the respect and trust of the shopper, I have to know what I'm talking about. The benefits of product knowledge can translate into more sales.

How well do you know your products? Do you use them? Do you believe in them?
