From the Forum: After Hours

If you haven't already visited our message boards, the About Retailing Forum is a place to discuss getting started in retail, running a retail business and all things retailing. Although I try to answer all of my email, sometimes posting retailing questions in the forum will be more beneficial since your message will reach a greater number of experienced people.

I'm now pleased to announce a new category in the forums, After Hours. Here you can (anonymously) vent about customers, complain about suppliers, discuss your retailing pet peeves and even share your retailing frustrations.
